conf and fosters
From Carmarthen, head towards Abergwili on the old A40.Parking either side of the bridge on the grass.
No parking on pavements.
Gwili: Fishing down from Dolgwili bridge on both banks down to
the Towy.
Towy: confluence downstream to the stye.
Fosters: Fishing starts opposite confluence and ends two fields upriver at a hedge. Fishing on ODD DAYS ONLY (1st, 3rd, etc)
Graig and Penygraig
From Carmarthen, take the A40 towards Llandeilo.Turn left in Pontargothi, opposite the show field and before the bridge.
Follow the road until you reach Holy trinity church.
Parking is available (do not block gateway).
Walk upstream from church until you see the club sign.
Fishing ends at large hedge upstream.
Rhiwlas and Upton hall
From Carmarthen head on A40 towards Llandeilo. Travel through Pontargothi then take the left for Llanfynydd.Rhiwlas: Fishing starts from the big fir tree in the middle of the field and ends upstream where a stream enters the river.
Park in lay-by opposite field.
Upton hall: Fishing begins from the pool below the car park and ends upstream, opposite Upton hall gates.
Parking in the car park before the junction, secured by a combination lock.
The Rocks
From Carmarthen take the A40 towards Llandeilo. Travel through Pontargothi then take the left for Llanfynydd.Go past Rhiwlas and Upton hall and head for Pontynyswen.
Cross the narrow bridge and take the first right past the chapel.
Follow this road for roughly two miles, then look for club sign on the right. Park in this area.
When crossing the style, please follow the hedge down to the river.
Do not go through the middle of the field.
Twin pools
From Carmarthen, head towards Brechfa.Go through the village of Brechfa for half a mile and take the first right signposted Llanfynydd.
Follow the road until you reach a bridge where there is sufficient parking.
Start of fishing is a stream on our side of the river 100 yards below the bridge.
End of fishing is a mile upstream, left hand bank, where a stream enters on our side.
